- Creative solutions to our problems
Join us in this attempt to try and find a new way to live and to relate to each other.
The workshop will be based on:
- Music and meditation
- Dialogue based on authentic expression
- Exercises based on interpersonal skills
- Healing exercises
- Listening exercises
- Reviving meaningful rituals to bring and hold people together eg story telling, music, meditation, nature observation
Facilitators
- Uma Ranganathan - counsellor and psychotherapist
- Chandran Gopalkrishnan - HR consultant and Process Work Instructor
